While Mehndi, jewelry, and even flashy manicures are all a matter of taste, a neat cuticle and healthy nails are a matter of hygiene. A splayed nail plate and hangnails can ruin the most flawless look. That’s why nail and cuticle oil is now used even by those girls who prefer short manicures and transparent nail polish to trendy almond-shaped manicures.
Mink oil softens the cuticle, and sesame and sea buckthorn oil nourishes the nail plate, but almond oil contains the most vitamins, minerals, and healthy fatty acids. It penetrates deep into the nail, and quickly moisturizes and strengthens it. The result is visible in just 2 weeks – strong, flexible, shiny nails and soft tender skin around! But it’s better to apply the oil at least twice a day – morning and evening.
Besides that, natural nail oil can get rid of other problems at once:
- dryness;
- brittleness;
- yellowness;
- dullness;
- hangnails.
Glycerine, by the way, can help with the latter. Firstly, it is an excellent antiseptic and therefore eliminates the possibility of infection, and secondly, it perfectly moisturizes and nourishes the nail bed. Thanks to these two qualities, glycerine oil is the best remedy for caring for the delicate skin of the fingers after a deep-cut manicure.
